Instant Prescriber does not dispense or handle any prescription medications. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of prescribed medication obtained from a third-party partner pharmacy if you provide incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information. While we strive to keep the information on our website up to date, including product and service descriptions, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We do not accept responsibility for any reliance placed on these images, including product packaging.
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. If you require a specific brand of medication, you must inform us during your consultation. We do not provide refunds if a pharmacy cannot fulfill your request or if the requested product is unavailable. For details on cancellations and refunds related to Instant Prescriber services, please see below.
Our policy does not allow for the return of any prescription medication, as we do not dispense or handle them. If you have unused or unwanted medication, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.
Cancellations
If you have used our service and placed an order for collection, you may cancel your order only while your consultation is still under review. Once you receive your prescription ID (confirmation of order acceptance), your right to cancel ends. After this point, refunds are not available.
Refund Limitations
Once your order is approved by a prescriber, a non-refundable prescription and handling fee of £24.95 applies.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and complete the refund request form provided by our customer support team. We will review your request within 28 days. If approved, we will refund the product cost and applicable delivery charges. The prescription and handling fee remains non-refundable. Requests made after the 14-day period are not eligible for refunds.
If we suspect malpractice or fraudulent refund activity, we reserve the right to close your account.
For returns, you must contact our customer service team before sending back any items. If you return an order without prior approval, we will not process a refund.
Orders shipped to non-residential or non-secure work addresses (e.g., hotels) are at your own risk. If the order is correctly delivered to the given address, refunds will not be issued.
If courier tracking confirms delivery to the correct location, you are not entitled to a refund or replacement. Likewise, if a courier has proof of delivery with your signature, refunds will not be provided.
If an admitted courier error results in non-delivery, you are entitled to a refund.
Refunds are not granted if your diagnosis changes and the medication is no longer required.
If you miss your delivery slot and have not provided a safe place for the courier to leave your parcel, no refund or replacement will be issued.
Orders delivered to a designated safe place, parcel shop, or collection point are at your own risk and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Unless explicitly stated in the product title or description, medications are not brand-specific. Product images are for reference only and do not guarantee the brand you will receive. Refunds will not be issued if the received brand differs from your preference or if you select an incorrect medication, including generic vs. branded options.
Missing, Damaged, or Dispensing Errors
If your order arrives damaged, with missing items, or if a dispensing error occurs, you must contact us within 14 days of recorded delivery to arrange a refund or replacement.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 14 days of the recorded delivery date.
If tracking shows no updates for 5 days, you must contact customer support to initiate a courier investigation, which may take up to 7 days. Refunds will not be issued until the investigation confirms the parcel is lost.
