A Commitment to Safety

Patient safety is our top priority. To ensure secure identity verification, we partner with Yoti, a trusted biometric security provider. Yoti does not access medical records but solely confirms identity.

Upon creating an account and placing an initial order, an identity check runs in the background. If additional verification is required, Yoti may request further information. Orders may be cancelled if identity verification is not met, with any pre-authorised payments promptly refunded.

Should our prescribers require more medical details, they may contact you directly. If an order is deemed unsuitable, their decision is final and cannot be appealed, ensuring a responsible and secure prescribing process.

Who Can Access Our Treatments?

We provide over-the-counter and prescription medications to individuals aged 18 and over.

To obtain any medication, you will complete a confidential online consultation. This allows our healthcare professionals to assess your health status and any relevant conditions, ensuring the most appropriate treatment is recommended.
